JOB DESCRIPTION: Channel Marketing Coordinator
Description of Function and Responsibilities:
- Manage the new partner enrollment process which involves communication with both internal sales team and channel partners, and maintain/update the partner database in both Siebel CRM system and the Partner Extranet.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling Webinars for each region. Manage email invitations as well as tracking/reporting the registration and attendance for each Webinar.
- Run analysis for our POS and Webinar reports to show ROI on the different marketing programs.
- Track MDF/Co-Op balance and spending for our distributors and partners as needed.
- Assist in channel communications including creating channel announcements and promotion bulletins that are addressed to both distributors and VARs.
- Support other projects as needed.
Experience Required:
- 2-5 years of channel marketing experience. Channel experience and a working understanding of tiered distribution models strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Competent in Excel. Experience with Siebel CRM and Webex tools a strong plus.
- Strong process orientation and ability to multitask
- Team player and strong willingness to learn. Flexible for working hours when communication with other regions are needed.
