JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior QA/QA Lead Performance
Descripition of Function Responsibilities
- Able to take on individual contribution role
- Comfortable in leading and mentoring team of QA engineers
- Lead the QA initiatives for Performance subsystem for all products in Proxim
- Establish QA Setups/test beds
- Handle Automation Initiatives
- Bug tracking and reporting
- Test Planning, Test strategizing and Test reporting
Experienced Required
- 3 - 6 yrs of work experience in networking domain [wired and wireless]
- Hands on experience in 802.1p/802.11e/802.16e (QOS), Performance benchmarking
- Good Wired and wireless networking knowledge
- Should have good exposure to RADIUS servers like IAS, CISCO ACS, SBR
- Working experience with Performance testing tools like smartbits, IPerf, Chariot, IXIA
Experienced Desired
- Expertise is 802.11n
- Exposure to Automation
- Exposure antenna and other RF technology
- Expertise in Outdoor Wireless
- Expertise in Perl, Tcl/TK
- Expertise in Linux platform
- Certification like CCNA and CWNA will be an added advantage
Qualifications/ Education
- B.Tech/M.Tech in CSE, ECE / MCA
